What does this mean for you?

Please note that this is a name change only. The underlying corporation remains the same, and there will be no changes to ownership, management, business operations, or the terms of our existing agreements. All contact information, addresses, and tax identification details remain the same unless otherwise communicated.

Impact on Current and Future Transactions

  • Open Purchase Orders & Subcontract Agreements:
  • All existing and open purchase orders and subcontract agreements issued under Saskarc Inc. will remain valid and will be fully honored.
  • Invoicing:
  • You may continue to issue invoices under the name Saskarc Inc. for all open and current purchase orders & subcontract agreements.
  • We will continue to process these invoices as usual during the transition period.
  • Once our new invoicing system under the name infraMOD is fully established, we will notify you and provide updated instructions.
  • Notices:
  • Going forward, all communications will be delivered on infraMOD letterhead.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition with no disruption to our business relationship or processes.
